Free Virtual Artist Alley Assets

Us visual artists have been deeply affected by all world conventions being canceled due to efforts to fight COVID-19. Despite our wallets hurting from not being able to sell our wares in person, a lot of exceptional people have stepped up to create online convention experiences such as ArdaCon or Air Comiket, the later one allowing pretty much anyone to participate using only a hashtag on Twitter.

Inspired by these events and having attended cons in the West and doujinshi events in Japan, I came up with several assets to recreate clean and presentable virtual AA experience on Twitter.

I chose to make them in Adobe Illustrator for better organization and ease of customization. These are all suggestions of use, and absolutely everything can be changed or customized. For example, you can trade the basic chair for a throne or present your AA table from a beach by swapping the concrete wall background. The sky is the limit, and unlike physical conventions, changing these can help you represent your brand to the fullest. Go crazy!

I’m providing these for free but any donations via my Gumroad page are beyond appreciated. Any extra income allows me to spend time creating these for the community and if it has enough of a good response, I will consider making a photoshop version or incorporating ratios for other social media websites.
